A unique philosophy

Health and wellness can be complicated to navigate, especially in today’s world of fad diets, “quick fix” promises, and a pill-for-every-ill medical model. Nutrition has a physical component, but also affects the body mentally and emotionally. Whether you are seeking nutritional advice as a preventative approach, healing an ailment, looking to change your weight, searching to improve your mental health, or other needs, nutrition is an essential component to good health and overall happiness and wellness.

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I am certified through the Nutritional Therapy Association to evaluate nutritional needs and make recommendations for dietary changes, helping clients balance body chemistry and achieve optimal wellness. I work with the entire body, treating the body as a whole, and work to integrate holistic approaches to health and wellness. Together, you and I will review your current health practices, make changes for improvement, and allow your body to communicate its needs through a palpation-based functional assessment. This assessment helps to flag certain areas of the body that may be out of balance and in need of nutritional or supplemental support. This along with other resources allows us to find the root cause of your body’s cry for help, and begin your journey into wellness.

Brianna is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified Health and Wellness coach, Certified Athletic Trainer, as well as licensed Restart instructor. After fighting her own personal health battles for many years, she grew passionate about being her own health advocate, and learning what was right for her body nutritionally. Along her healing journey, she began to understand that each body is different and found an appreciation for bio individuality. Her passion is now educating and sharing this holistic approach to health, while walking alongside others in their healing journey.
